RE O/D S/E LTD CO I trade as a partnership and not a ltd co and from as far as i can see this goes on time and time again small o/d sets up as ltd co
as there is no risk for them as a ltd co they will work for less to cover the hp they have on the truck or trailer and if it all goes ■■■■ up …well thats not their problem
then parts firms/dealers seem to pass on the costs(debts) to long standing customers to re coup losses,
lets have another look in april after a hard winter and see how many small ltd co’s have gone ■■■■ up!
i am not the best on a keyboard/pc as will be clear to most but i have no problem with a calculator!
if i were providing /goods services ie fuel, parts,credit to some of these “here today gone tomorrow” ltd co’s i would want even more upfront!
