Anyone local to Poole Dumper is in Hospital ward C4 till Monday when he is moving to Bournemouth General.A visit would be welcomed by him to talk of old times.
Looking forward to seeing old friends at the Roundhouse again 3/10/15 if you have not booked in with Tom Martin its your own fault,so might see you next year if you get switched on.

Crikey Baldrick that’s a name from the past " The Dove " I think he came from the Northampton area if my memory serves me right.He wasn’t the sort to put him self out for anyone as you found out. The roads down there at that time were a bit tricky.Cheers Geoff

Hi "Baldrick we must have met each other at sometime as you say I think there only about five UK firms that used to do Portugal back then.I used to pull Aquilla trailers for Reg Bugler and later R and G there was also Interoute,Cabmont and Partrans and little else.The Dove,s real name was Mike Fuller do you remember Mike Rushton as he used to be the man for CBs aswell.Cheers Geoff

Hi Joe glad you enjoyed the night it was great to see so many old faces again and to chat about old times. Tommy is the one to take all the credit after taking over from Ray Caswell a couple of years ago.As you say it was nice to see Mike Knowlton and his better half there (Karin) on behalf of poor old Gordy who couldn’t.Cheers Geoff
