So called "Professional" drivers

I spent last night on the M25 playing in the snow.
The standard of driving, use of excessive speed, driving on hard shoulder/lane 3 was shameful.
Especially as most of them were driving artics!

There’s a rule when its snowing and it’s look after number one !

Sod others as your vehicle is just as dangerous as theirs in the snow

If I’m moving in the snow and there are other vehicles struggling for grip in lane 1 and 2 then I’ll be in lane 3 without a second thought. I sure as hell ain’t going to stop because someone is revving the ■■■■ off their vehicle and wonders why they are going nowhere. If lanes 1, 2 and 3 are bolloxed by people who can’t handle snow I’ll use the h/s if necessary to keep it moving.

Thankyou.

PS. Earlier this afternoon I watched from my window as a guy shovelled the snow away from the rear wheels of his car that had been parked all night, the snow was up to the rims, after he couldn’t get it going. I thought it a little strange that you could own a car and not know it was FWD. :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:

^^ This - Yesterday I used lane 3 from Stafford to Wednesbury on the M6 as it was empty and in the other 2 lanes cars kept on braking and loosing it in front of me for no reason at all. It was far safer by a long way in lane 3 and not only that I was ploughing the snow out of the way making the lane clear for others.

It would need to be a right jobsworth smokey that would pull you for that anyway. Most would probably thank you for it as long as you weren’t driving like a looney.

That last picture is somewhere in Horsham. When it snows, no one knows how to drive round there, I embarrassed/■■■■■■ off quite a few people in expensive 4x4’s that were stuck, and I just zoomed past in my little old 1275 mini.

I wasn’t that far off
Haslemere is just as bad. Spotted the Horsham number on the Crickmays sign, plus the shop looked familiar.

I bet you wouldn’t like a taxi driver to say that to you as he drops you in Haslemere when you are trying to get home from a night down the pub. :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:

Is it just me, or are those 2 chemists complete different■■?

I don’t think they’re the same

As for the beemer drivers putting chains / snow tyres on the front axles, maybe they’ve got good drive traction and just want to steer instead of going straight on?
