Yes, as I said in my previous post the local Saab dealer took advantage of it to advertise the strength of the cars.

Yes still working there was a picture of it on the road the other day that appeared on a Facebook site.
i belive he operates round the stratford upon avon area…
It is moreover one of the first series, with the aluminium grille. Even if ine cannot do much against rust, it certainly has been carefully maintained.

I have just had another look at the Ford Thames Trader, and the red paint appears to be almost orange.

Didn’t that Scania have a shower fitted in that? I seem to remember it was stored at LL Warren yard at Wortham outside Diss then ended up at Binns commicals near thrapston. I not really sure but I think that right.
