Scrapbook Memories (Part 1)

Hi Prattman,thanks for pics do you happen to have any from this firm.I spent about 6yrs from the age of 11 going with various drivers in all sorts of tippers,fodens the best for me,i have seen 1 pic from harrogate with a butlers lorry on but you can only see the body in the line up,not sure what make it is.Regards paul.

spoke to dougie today he remembers the vehicles you mentioned has a photo in the house I asked him if he had any more and he confirmed he had, he is going to sort some out so I can post them on here, could you also let me know your full name so I can tell dougie to see if he can remember you I think he will be able to as he mentioned quite a few names when I was talking to him.

Hello prattman you have got David Bratt amongst that lot from Cheadle hulme that Foden used to transport racing pidgeons to the south of france and Belgium . thank you Trevor

That was long before my time with the Yellow Perils. I hadn’t realised that he had a Foden or that he operated in Europe.
