Saying "no" to the traffic office

One might think this guy failed to manage his planner sufficiently for all concerned.

Seems this bod wasn’t taught how to say no, either that or he was one of those yes men but now he’s been caught out he’s trying to palm it off on someone else. Not a chance in hell I’d do what this punter did. What a mug

I believe in total transparency at all times from myself and from them…This means that everyone has to tell the truth about everything, if I feel they are telling me lies or not being congruent in any way, then I do as I please, it works for me as I have been upfront all the time, thus enabling me to be relaxed and not suffer from worry at all times.

They may not like the truth at times, but they do know where they stand with me and that I am not going to take the ■■■■, so I feel and know that they do respect me, this makes all communication so much easier, as they know who I am and what I am like and I am mostly a helpful person who has a price.

At one time it was the owner drivers who use to go over the top with there driving hours and spread, it was a done thing because they worked for themselves

It’s the drivers code, look after number one only and nobody else

Yep, that’s the way it’s got in this job over the last 10 yrs or so, sadly, because nobody is going to back you up.
Those that do this have a far better quality of job (and life) than those that don’t…fact.

And those goes for other drivers who all seem against each now. Only the other night watched a driver on a site, clearly in the wrong lane not knowing where he’s going. What does the driver behind do? Beeps his horn and gives up him the fingers on the way past because he was delayed for about 5 seconds. Literally no one is your friend in this game when it comes to that.

No…That is society in general…And why it needs a good dose of deadly virus or bacterium to cull the problem… People in general in the UK are not that nice, it is why we need a cull.

And if I was in that situation I would aswell, but in that case you’re working your nuts off to make yourself money, not working yourself into the ground so your boss can get the new Range Rover sport. Plus, when you know you’ve had enough you pull over.
