Those square lights are off Pegasos, I think. There must have been a few of them in Greece.

Hey Anorak, You could have been right, maybe the cheapest on the market or were built in Greece for Pegaso, ever have seen they resembled but never thought further about it. Clever eyes you have.they used them for a long time surely on inland traffic and not only for Volvo.

Cheers Eric,

Hi Eric!
You’ re right , square lights fitted also to scania like this 141. I think is still in use. Maybe we should create a new topic: Greek trucks with square lights!

Hey and a topic of mixed ones like the 141/142 ( an 141 with lights and wings of a 142 ) greece was comparing a bit like the midlle east countries, but more handsome and better looking. Maybe not anymore nowadays but in the '70’s till 2000 it was to get water in you mouth.Nowadays all goodies have been going to heaven I think :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: .

greetings Eric,

Hey, You may do that,it could be interesting for some and sure me. Looking at the green 141 shows that the driveaxels is an MB one. That shows that Scannies gearboxes, propshafts and driveaxels were weak, you are seeing that in Turkey too.most are replaced with MB axels and props, or the Fuller for the gearboxes.
And if you are a mecanic you will have a lot of experience of the weak point of a lot of marques,as they were already used ones if they arrived at yours.

Greetings Eric,

and they fit very well to ,cheers benkku

Nice meeting! The F12 is a cracker! Driver told me that has almost to 800.000 km…apart of turning the clock another 3 times!!!

Lance Biscomb:
You don’t have to go to Greece to look for a 141. You only have to go to Preston in Lancashire.

Many many years ago, exactly like this one, originally was a white 111, bought from my uncle and sold again in Greece, painted pink and converted to 141

Yannis, here are 2 for you.

Hey,

makes a scania man happy          ,cheers benkku

hey, if it had been here I could use spare parts   .
What a pitty that Greece in not next to the door.
STOP showing this pics I will make me creasy in a couple of months  .
And than telling that Greece is a poor country,I thing that it has the most beautyful heavy metal on earth even the Eiffel Tower can’t touch it.
Maybe I am a bit old fashioned, and some will think that I should be better locked up in a madhouse  .
But if you want to do it, do it than in '70’s junkyard and I would be happy as a foolish  .

Cheers Eric,
