As many many moons ago I lived just by the Chippy in Morton and parked the unit in the garage opposite !
There was a cheap Cafe in Bourne that did good evening meals on the high street back in the 80’s as I remember.
Halls Garage, the MG specialist? Wetherspoons have the old J H Wand electrical shop in North Street, ambitious plan including a rear extension for staff accommodation. I’m sure it’ll be a valuable addition to the half a dozen good pubs already there!

Yup, a mate told me about that last night. It’s only a month or so since the local news said work should have started by now but Wetherspoons were reviewing the plan. Time will tell I suppose.
