RETRO TRUCK SHOW 18th September

Is this not still a working truck from Chatteris, Cambs area? Has gone a long way out of its way to join in the South Wales convoy!!!

hi globby 480, maybe a bit of a pointless post, but i got to have a look round this truck inside at driffield truckshow many years ago now, it had the plate on saying dodgy, and had some miniscarves in the windscreen. you probly wont remember, but if it was you that let me (a very enthusiastic kid at the time) just wanted to say cheers, and i thought the sound system was awesome!! cheers, and the motor was an absolute credit to ya!! :smiley:

Hi joer, sorry mate i cannot remeber :blush: i will have been 3 sheets to the wind as i was 99% of the time blind drunk when at driffield shows :blush: :blush: it wasnt big of clever but at the time it was i guess , LoL, i still got the mini scarves in the locker of the scania they was, bp truckstop, alconbury, sharon :grimacing:
the number plate DODGY is in the van these days, just wish i had the intrest these days to clean my truck like i used to with the f12, but i cannot be botherd these days it gets a wash if its lucky and thats it catch ya some time maybe daz

thank globby 480 for the reply. last time i saw it as a knowles motor was haydock park last year, it won the competitors choice award, but it had dodgys toy taken of the back,just said pure and simple, yer remeber the miniscarves been green and yellow (truckstop one), and also remeber a michelin sun strip i think?? the truck was my favorite as a young lad, realy thought it was awesome!! thanks again for replying. joe
