I still see Smith’s of Scotter running about with flatbeds.
Had to do a double take as I clocked one of them eastbound in a blizzard on the A2 towards Hannover last Friday morning 
Round this area I see a lot of Brit removal lads who do work for the Forces: White, Pearsons, Pickfords, Britannia, etc.
There are usually at least a couple of White’s wagons parked up every night at the Shell station at the Sennelager exit on the A33.
