Yes mate i have! Spent a few hours sorting it out, can’t believe that of all the panels i sprayed, it had to be that one that would be a right pain in the arris! It still ain’t perfect, but its 10 times better. The brave pills are still working. I have some major plans for this winter, just gotta hope for some spare cash.
If what i have in mind comes to pass, hopefully i’ll have some photos of work in progress.

Nice work, if you ever decide to give up trucking, you’d make a very good carpenter.
for the doors look at push button’s not cheapist normaly retail at around couple of quid each but much better .
mdf and hinges dont work am afraid .
look into vohringer ply thats hat i use for high end builds and is very lightweight to , at nearly 100quid a sheet it aint the cheapist but will last 10times longer .

Now you tell me!!! lol To be honest i’ve never done any type of wood work. The idea is to make some cabinets without spending the earth.
they will last but to be honest they wont last that long especialy with the vibration .
done many interior builds as joiner by trade so fitting vans/campers out etc you get to the trial and error .
you can spray the mdf to match the interior but dont realy like holding screws .
if your just after cheap as chips i would recomend getting some 15mm ply and getting some carpet to cover it to get the nice finish use 3mm carpet like used for lining motorhomes and car sub boxs .
shoot me a pm with what your trying to make will see if can think of anything more suitable failing that if your ever down notts/sheffeild drop what you made in and will use it for mesurment purposes and make something decent up am sure will have plenty of off cuts enough to do such small thing .
