I have red seat belts in my truck…
I got fined once (In Belgium) for not using one. I was wearing a black ‘T’-shirt that day with a black seat belt. I explained this to the Police, but it didn’t matter.
When i ordered my new truck, i asked for red seat belts. As long as i don’t wear a red ‘T’- shirt i’ll be fine… 
Never used to wear one when doing multi drop, take mine off when I’m around town, I’m not going to hit anything fast enough to need one and it helps when trying to see every idiot trying to lodge themselves under my wheels.
Wear it when I’m moving at a decent speed, mine is also red which clashes horribly with my egg-stained AC Milan strip.

I have one on my 65 plate daf. I thought it was to match the red livery.
