Lonewolf Yorks:
Looks like the A1(M) Doncaster bypass to me. And you’re westbound on the River Don.

Spot on! Well done! Tiz a great view from up there.

Here’s another:

I’m gonna sat thats the M62 near Goole & you’re still sailing eastbound towards the bridge, but I do have an impressive score of ducks so far

This is like watching rosie and Jim

Theres not enough spans for Ouse bridge. Thats the M180 and you are a mile or so from Gunness Wharf.

I’ll go with the M180 as well so the river would be the trent at high tide.

Yup. Well observed. We needed a fairly high tide to get into Keadby lock, right under the bows of a commercial ship.

This is Gunness bridge from the river:

Quite impressive road and rail lift bridge, though I’m told it doesn’t raise any more.

And see if you can spot the entrance to Keadby lock:

Meanwhile, if you’re local to God’s own county, Yorkshire, where’s this?

You’re a lot more local than me. I come from Snorbans.

I think thats the river Ouse at Selby, just about to go under the A19 on the new bypass.

And also a long way from where I am lol don’t forget Yorkshire is the same size as Wales more or less.

A63 Selby bypass, new bridge over the Ouse…

That was not there when I tramped on the water…
