oh and if you see Vosa looking at you as you drive by give them the bird and put a smile on their face unless of course you have something to hide. but if you look away as you pass they will wonder why.

Joking aside, would that not be construde as taking the โ โ โ โ ? (the wave i mean, not the bird )
When switchlogic cruises past Vosa he tips his bowler hat forward to acknowledge them!

he has to tho to make up for Bertie shouting barstools out the window.
Looks like i,ve had a SIFT done then?? Quite a few trucks got pulled on Monday mainly 8 Legger tippers which are running from Leapers Wood to a wind farm job near Blackburn with stone 1000t a day but good old Tossmac have flooded the job with trucks
Can I add a note, the company I work for had a OCRS score of RED 08 when I joined them, and the trucks were pulled by VOSA on a very regular basis (about 1 a week) for a fleet of 12 trucks, I stopped a lot of the practices that where going on and they were still getting pulled but now were getting all clears (these are really important if you want to improve the score along with ist time pass MOTโs) - then we started to get pulls that were all clear but nothing given to the driver. These were not recorded at all on the OCRS system.
I enquired about this to VOSA and got was told the inspector must not have had a laptop but it should have been entered into the OCRS system later but they were not . I they asked my guys to make sure if they got pulled and checked to ask for a P35EC (or pink slip for us oldies)- low and behold, the pulls reduced and our score reduced to AMBER 05.
After 2 years it now stands at GREEN 00 and other than a SIFT 3 months ago, we have not had a pull or a visit in 12 months.
What am trying to say is if you get a pull and have to do anything as I stated before, make sure you get some paperwork as every clear pull goes towards reducing the score and lowers the chances of being pulled again.
