Why don’t youtube videos work? It’s a scene from ‘‘the Onion movie’’ where the gov’t (USA) decides to place prisoners with local families to solve prison overcrowding, maybe UK can do the same but the prisoners have to work as well (drive trucks…etc)
No problem with Prisoners driving especially if they are near to their release time and they have been inside for a really serious crime,or just a plain habitual criminal who has made a living out of criminality and has a record longer than a barge pole
Do not see a problem, after a 15 hour spread who’s 
going to be climbing in through neighbours windows
