thanks for your opinions on this, im gonna use the address method a little more and try the google map on my phone to guide me in for the last part, but in an ideal world it would be good if the guys in transport help us a bit and get the post codes right
Are you doing Europa work by any chance? They don’t update their customer system at all, I’ve had addresses that are 10 years out of date. Now I just check the address of customers I’'ve not seen before on google before I set off. If there is a phone number I ring if I can’t find their address on google. It takes all of 2 minutes and can save hours of messing about. Good luck

We don’t live in an ideal world
I agree that the office bods should try to get the address and postcode right, but what some people forget is that office people make mistakes to, it’s not just a driver thing

+1
Then I’ve had “To the Nursery” in the “Delivery Address” box. Turns out it was about three and a half miles from the invoice address, so not disastrous, but still,
Before you ask, it had nothing to do with children…

Always use the address as most of our shops are back door as Nick said save it as a favourite location, as most of ours are hidden from the main road.
All makes it easier when like yesterday had 5 drops if it saves time and trying to remember everything especially if you haven’t been there in ages.+1
The only issue I’ve had with this is if the destination is close to several different roads, say on an ind. est. - then the routing can be a little screwy (on my snav, anyway). You might end up in a cul-de-sac at right-angles to where you’re going. Then you’re into using the little grey cells a bit.
Save the location before coming off the public onto private roads and the chances of that are reduced.
Cheers, bud!
