I have been faced with guns and had bullets coming at me under fire on more than one occasion, I know how to handle myself under such pressure thanks, I’m not a big man at all either, quite average by accounts, just wouldn’t stand for it, pistols are only effective at very short range in any case. I can appreciate the average bloke would crap themselves but when you have served in the forces training and experience takes over.

The driver with the gun was Polish and did that on German autobahn when he was left dry by German driver speeding up whilst overtaken.

I knew a driver(havent seen him for a while) who whilst hauling cattle in north wales had a shotgun pointed at from a landrover, not armed rustling, just a very unhappy farmer who had found out that his missus had been having a bit with a certain cattle float driver, said driver decided that livestock haulage and north wales were maybe out of bounds :laughing:
