If half the people who claim to have missed it managed to catch it, it would’ve sunk from being overloaded.
Blimey surely you’d have known that no self respecting member of the traveller community would be on a bicycle.If you’d have said truck driver collides with untaxed,uninsured drop side Transit that was running on a mixture of kerosene and red diesel the vehicle and it’s occupants seeming to have Irish connections,both vehicles having run over a cyclist before the collision.That might just have been believable. 
Unless BMW, Range Rover, Audi, or Mercs now make bikes, don’t think it would have been a gypsy on it, more likely to be some poor good living person, on his way to work trying to make an honest living.
