Yep i’m all booked up for it, no truck, but with the recovery boys PRDC, be another quality weekend i hope like last, decent trucks, loads of alcohol. ding dong!
Think i may give it a go this year i no people say why would you bother but when you spend so much time in a truck its more a way of life than a job

Go on Nathan, you know you want to! I take my 60s Landrover to shows and always make sure its muddy, thats how it was when it was working. 
I switched my phone off and spent an hour cleaning her inside and out earlier; Shiny brake pedal and all!

I just don’t get it at all,I see all the wagons I dont want to see whilst working, I have to endure the BS that the majority of drivers spout during my worktime, why would anyone spend their freetime and money doing it againExactly spot on,I enjoy my job but it is a job 5 days a week not a hobby.

I might go this year, I’ve not done one for a few years as I found the other “attractions” weren’t that attractive; Monster trucks, motorcycle displays and Sally Traffic didn’t justify the expensive admisission price.

Have you tried starting the car? 
I go from Luton to Edinburgh for football on a regular basis. Usually leave about 06:00 and that gives me time to call in to see my Mum and Dad for an hour, go from their place to the ground, find parking, go to the chippy, watch the game and be back in Luton by 23:30 latest.
No just takes that long cause hutchie is a fatty and likes burger king whenever he sees one on the way down. we couldnt pass washington services without stopping for munch.
it takes me 5 hours to get to sheffield from mine and thats not even doing 70, and its only 90 miles from there, well there about to peterborough
