As I love a good “who dunnit”
I wonder who messaged Pete White about this thread

I’m with him., and I certainly ain’t a Scania/Kelsa bar tongue up the arse sychophant that ND refers to, by any stretch…especially as he used to call me Victor Meldrew on here. :sunglasses: …quite proud of that bizarrely.
I appreciate his soh.
Good on him for ridiculing and standing up to these absolute arse wipes I say, and if his lads have found a short cut in and out of their yard, crack on,.who tf cares, unless it’s actually illegal which I would not think it is.

On this occasion, No one. I like to check in on TNUK occasionally to help diagnose myself to see if I’ve become a grumpy old man yet.

Thankfully I’m all good at the minute.

But congratulations to you all on typing these replies on your Nokia 6310 [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Different orange to mulgrew , & from a distance ( and taking my eye sight into account ) it looked metallic , must admit , it’s just my opinion but motors look smart , but tris are a bit of a let down , just comparing with say Harrison’s motors / fridges

You need a visit to specsavers Doze

Just a thought about how MSA operators are supposed to keep their car parks available for paying customers?

I used to work for the NHS and the hospital where I was based was considering introducing charges for parking. The idea was to pay for the upkeep of the car parks and to stop people who had no business at the hospital from using them.

The hospital is near a town centre and the temptation of free parking was enough to attract workers from the town centre who wanted to avoid the charges for parking there. At eight o’clock in the morning, it was easy to spot them parking up and catching the bus. There were also groups (salesmen?) who would park three or four cars and all leave in one car together.

I wonder what the posts on this forum would say if you couldn’t find a space in S. Mimms or Heston because it was full of commuters.

You have just got to love his map.

He hasn’t made that look like anything else has he

As an aside; Mr White continues to tickle my funnybone (and no, I’m neither kissing his arse nor angling for a job) but funny is funny regardless.

Bloody hell , worse than I though them

Writing on Facebook yesterday, Pete White of Whites Transport Services said: “we simply cannot sustain the outrageous fuel prices and the greedy government must step in."
The truck boss then added:
“this [post] is aimed at drivers & hauliers & the general public who now have to spend over £100 to fill up a small car, who would be interested in showing support for a “PARK THEM UP CAMPAIGN”. We don’t need to protest, riot or blockade. We only need to park them up to bring the country to a standstill. But it will only work with massive support. The big hauliers have to get involved as well. We keep complaining but we don’t do anything. It’s time to do something."

It worked when we got our own back on the miners & dockers in the mid 80s for all those years they 4orked us about.

Unfortunately there is no where near enough support. No solidarity at all.

If only those who paid those bills and could actually make a difference, would get together and organise something from the top. Its a shame that the companies don’t have a club or organisation to work together, for the benefit of all.

Oh, hang on…
