Brit European from Stoke on Trent, presumably the digger is from just down the road at Uttoxeter, hope he had the bucket blocked, last thing you’d want is a big yellow cab visitor.
Would those TK’s on the transporter have had the 500 engines judging by the air intakes?
Imagine been parked overnight during a downpour then pulling away and stopping at a zebra crossing!
Used to race that RJ Norman Mack over Hartshead on occasions, with our 88/290…..sometimes he even got a bonnet lead on me…..but not for long haha….

What exact model is this one? The cab and bumpers make it a TK, but certainly undepowered with its 136 bhp to pull suh a load!
It’ll be a TK, froggy. Some TKs were empoloyed on heavier work. Perhaps this one has been plated at 28t or maybe the load is Cornflakes or polystyrene. Here’s another one:
Looks like a C reg (1965) so could have a Leyland engine.
We had a four wheeler TK / Leyland new in about 1962 / 63.
Some people were ashamed of their tinny little Bedfords and others went to great lengths to disguise the make of their lorries:
