Hi Gardner 120, the Austin Cambridge Estate Mk2 had wrap round bumpers, to the wheelarch, the Mark 1, don’t think there was an estate car in that model, the Mark 2 was during my time on delivery, the Mark 1 just before.

Hi Gardner 120, the Austin Cambridge Estate Mk2 had wrap round bumpers, to the wheelarch, the Mark 1, don’t think there was an estate car in that model, the Mark 2 was during my time on delivery, the Mark 1 just before.

Interesting - they built hundreds of thousands of 'em; Austin, Morris, Wolsley, Reilly, MG & VDP - over half were bangered to death

No its a Wolsley 610 Saloon Reg YNL 265 with the overdrive gearbox, It was a great car to drive very fast, It ended its days as a stock car , Racing a Brough Park, Regards Larry.
The Greensmiths Foden,i can remember that standing in yard at their mill in Burton on Trent out of service,sure it was plain white,another flour mill shut and turned into flats

Well it was called Hell Drivers at Brough Park in the early 70s Organised by Mike Parker who was also involved with speedway also at Brough Park, There was plenty of Westies & Rovers,Humbers,Even a old London Taxi plus Minis, The good old days Eh, Regards Larry, PS The green wagon on the right of the picture was a S 18 Foden 6 wheeler flat, Regards Larry.
