Engine missing, but still salvageable, weren’t many GUY’s on the Removals!

That used to do Spain and Portugal regularly with a trailer - Last time I saw it,it still had its rear TIR plate fitted.

There’s not many municipal motors on here, I took these at J1,M18. Rotherham council yard, it used to be the place that sold buses and coaches until a couple of years ago. Regards Kev.

Thanks Oiltreader, it was taken with my cell phone when i went to look at them. They’ve been parked there a few years, the cabover is a 112M and the owner said it’s a 1987 and ran when parked. Cabs a bit tatty but no major rust, be a nice truck for me to restore a little. :smiley:

you are getting the hang of things already kev , i get up early when the sun shines and stay in bed when it rains . plan a nice long holiday for next year , you don’ t have to book the time off any more . me and the wife go to scotland for a couple of months every year , other destinations optional , it’s nice to get away from the house for a while . whatever you want to do , enjoy the future , cheers , dave

Municipals…I have a few but didn’t think they would be of much interest(they are to me) so good on you Kev for kicking off, from Highland Council with a preference for Daf and the bin lorries are Mrecs, previously Seddon Atkis.
