Closing it to reinforce the river bank Dave, expected to be closed for several months although access will still be available to Sainsburys and also the travellers who have been residing in the bus station for eighteen months will still be able to move on…if they want to haha! The river bridge has been altered to allow two way traffic again while the work is carried out.

I would be a tad worried about that load of reinforcing on the Welsh F10. I suppose they are chains on it but unusual to see them tightened down on the offside, and notoriously difficult to tighten down unless using 2 chains alternately.
I used to do a lot of that stuff out of BRC Stafford, I think it was and we used to rope them down with ropes double dollied down, not over the load, but each side on an S-hook.
