Defo stay put. No brainer
Take the pay rise and stay where you are.
I work timber currently and I’m the same as you, 2-6 drops per day, absolute doddle.
I’ve also done pallets with a pump truck/tail lift and it ■■■■■.
I’d 100% stay where you are. A little bit more money would be nice, but the extra on offer on the pallet job won’t be worth the grief I reckon.
If you are only doing 42 hrs a week, you should be able to do an occasional Saturday on agency at maybe £15hr to give you a lift in your money.

i haven’t really ever thought about agency anyone got any advice with this?
Stick with the timber - I did it for a good while on agency and loved it, pallet stuff is a real no no for me. Take the money and relax!
