Had a mate on Carlsberg in the 80’s had both knee’s done on Bupa, they was poor due to football, he was in his 40’s and he is still doing a allotment now. My wife had her right knee done, and was going down town shopping after two weeks, but she excercised next day after the op.
Anybody had a shoulder done./I could do with my right shoulder sorting.I broke it in two places and dislocated it in my accident.Could do with getting a new one…Perhaps I won’t bother.But might ask next time I have a review.

Dave you should be able to get one of those easy, 
for I have seen plenty of them on the motorways, 
but those are hard ones, 
but knowing you, you want soft ones to have young ladies to cry on.

Talking about shoulders Dave ive just had cortizone in one of mine ,worked a treat,things wear out when you are getting on a bit.Birthday tomorrow 73 not quite as old as Harry yet.Cheers Ted.

Hi Ted,
I had a cortisone injection in my shoulder years ago.In my case it didn’t make any difference.I think I damaged the ball and socket to much.I think I will see a consultant about it.

Mate from bowling,has just packed up, for he injuried his hip, falling over a cone, and now feels a twinge when he bends and bowls, the ball part has worn, and they fill in with crock type material, and warned him that another accident and he will be in a wheel chair, well he is almost 80, and he fell over a cone when come out from the Saint;s rugby team. I did make him laugh before he went, I said Lorr don’t have another accident playing snooker or you will be " Crocked".
As I said Norm an orthopaedic surgeon is the man to talk to regarding my shoulder.Probably say not a lot he can do.But if I don’t ask I won’t know.

How do you know Dave, Ang might like a tingling down her spine! Now to something more serious, young lady lorry driver age 21 from Ireland driving for Montgomery refrigeration, crashed into a broken down car on the hardshoulder of the M1 between J16 & 15a at 6.20am last thursday morning, she is in critical condition. Crying shame, not a good start to her driving career.

Still in the land of the living Larry, Dave, but off again tomorrow dragging
the old caravan down to York for a few days, will I be able to reverse it on
the pitch when I get there, might have to ask around the site if there are any
artic drivers on holiday who will show me the ropes I might have forgotten
how to do it and if they are only young fellah’s I might just show them how
to tie a dolly as a way of me showing my appreciation for their help, but I’ve
got a sneaky feeling I might just remember how to do it on my own.
