Here’s an old F12 still working on a regular basis, being used today to tow a MAN 8.136 then a Dodge Hi Line. The old boys in front of the old girls are Dave, the F12 driver on the left who has worked for Shipton’s Recovery for over 50 years and his lookalike who owned the lorries we went to tow.

Blimey Dan, if Rob stays working there he will need to smarten himself up a lot to compete with those two lads.
Pete.
It’s very rare anyone catches me one the other side of a camera Pete but here’s a picture my daughter took one day, as you can see I go for the “be seen on the side of the road look” more than Dave & his long lost twin brother.

Found something like that in Shipyard next to Crinian Canal in Scotland. I don’t even know what is it (apart from that it looks like a modern HIAB mounted on the ancient truck): i.imgur.com/7wW1Nuu.jpg (click to see as picture too big to post and I am too lazy to make it smaller)

It’s a coffee pot scammell. Second World War tank transporter tractor unit, pioneer i think, in realy good nic as well. Scammell also made a short cab recovery tractor called explorer (I think)
As for the crane I suppose it is modem compared to the scammell
