Apart from the expense think the foods disgusting and not that good for you.
When i was tramping full time i never parked in MSA’s, used to buy food outta supermarkets cook my own stuff etc…
DId two weeks tramping for an agency, company made you park in MSA’s, so vouchers for meals every night, plus also filling up with a fuel card so more vouchers thought this is good saves me cash.
The food was bland and horrible, after a week of eating it felt like crap, ■■■■■■■ all the time and never had such disgusting bowl movements in my life, second week did what i used to do just buy stuff outta supermarkets felt a lot better for it.

They have more sway over the pratts on the till than T/NET bloggers. Unless of course he was only following company policy. I would have thought the Moto higher management may have more sense.
I got even an answer. They thank me for contacting them concerning my recent visit to Lancaster Motorway Service Area. They are extremely sorry to learn of the problems that I experienced. (Now will be the good part:) Their aim is to make our customers want to choose our company, clearly in this instance they have not done so.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the shortfall in standards that you experienced on this occasion. Your comments have been forwarded to the Area General Manager at Moto Lancaster to address with the Restaurant Manager at site, as initiative was not shown to allow customers to purchase the regular drink for the same price as a small due to the non availability of small cups.
They thank me a lot for showing an initiative and they are offering me a 10 pounds voucher if I will send them my postal adress…
Can I have 5 pounds voucher to some decent cafe instead?

Yeah. Now I can buy something for 20, pay only 10 from my own pocket, and this way I am able to buy something on MSA which will be only a bit too expensive for me instead of that it will be a robbery
