I’m guessing it was near Leatherhead then, can easily get way over 60 coming down that hill…not that I would put children at risk by doing it myself…

Followed this clown a couple of weeks ago in my car, too much of hurry to take the legal route, then when he got into Witney pulled into a right turn lane indicating right, then came back across to the left nearly over the bonnet. A trip to specsavers needed as he can’t see weight limit signs, his speedo or in his mirrors.

But that picture doesn’t say so (Tyres don’t look weighted to be fair) . It wouldn’t prove anything in any court of law if you needed it too and why would I need to be a betting man ?
