How many of you got caught out with the closure of the A45 at Raunds in the night? I cant wrong the guys for closing the road, but they really should make a decent effort to advise drivers in advance. It really boils my โ โ โ โ that so many needless miles are added to the nights work.

So how much notice do you want? Ever thought it was an emergency closure ie hole appeared in the road due to collapsed drains
Youโll probably find there was a matrix sign warning of the closure somewhere completely irrelevant like up near Gateshead or down Cornwall. Thatโs usually how they work.

Even those, especially HA are unreliable in posting advanced warnings of road closures!
