If these pay rates are correct now then that’s a shame. It says a great pension but death in service is linked to your pension and only pays out 2 x salary. That doesn’t hold out much for the so called great pension.
The drivers need to be 100% unionised and stick together.

How can they offer 64 hours per week when the max is err 60? Unless the 64 includes your break times.

Max working time is 60 hours, so you could legally be on duty for 84 or 90 with 2 times 3 hr continues breaks on a 6 day week and be paid for 79.5 or 85.5 hours.
