I got suspended last year for not moving over to let a camper van in on the m5. The prat filmed it on his dash cam then sent it to my head office. They told my manager to suspend me and make enquires. 1 hour later I was reinstated. The ironic thing was I couldn’t get out of his way as there was someone on my left and a car up my arse. I felt like that at the time but I have a good number and it’s not worth throwing it away for some knob! My mate is a copper and he said about getting him done on his own footage but I couldn’t be arsed. You know what it’s like it happens at least 3 times a day. I don’t let them get to me anymore.

those times went a long time ago,i had a woman nearly drive her car under my trailer when her lane closed into mine but she refused to give way,she backed away seconds later and I find she reported me,guess who got a disciplinary over it even though I was 100% in the right,he [the employer] knew he was wrong and his excuse was I was representing the company,blah,blah,blah,and she could have been a prospective customer,

That’s why I didn’t kick off. Like I say I have good number why lose it for a knob. The video is on YouTube slagging the company off but again I just leave it. Some of the lads found it and commented so he disabled that . You have to be so careful out there especially if the company name is slapped all over the truck:-) If someone has a go now I just smile and wave it really winds them up
I was in Watford around 8am, there is a roundabout that is pretty much blind so you just have to gun it and hope, well that day as I was halfway onto it, a blue Skoda came screaming round. Of course he lays on his horn to which I just stick my finger up at him because I’m already in a foul mood. I see in my mirror that he’s flipping out then precedes to follow me half way round still going off on one. Sure it wasn’t the right way to do things but that is part of the joy of having a unbranded truck!
