He’s not wrong, that’s pretty much how the shifts are like there at the moment.
Insn’t there this argument that the fortnight aggregate hours - rolls off your card @ 23:59 sunday night…
To some, this means that “you can get away with a reduced weekly rest crossing 23:59” - that isn’t even the minimum 25 hours… !

It is the same kind of thing that says “you can do more than 48 hours, week in, week out” where some of us were taught that over the 17 or 26 week reference period - your average hourage over that entire period - was supposed to be 48 hours per week, and no more than 10 hours on night, unless you opted out via a union petition. No Union? - You cannot opt out then - can you? 
I can’t remember when I saw the last full time job OR contract agency that had less than 48 hours as the full working week… RM is bang on 48 hours, and most other firms are 50-60 hours…
If we actually had 48 hours max everywhere, then there would be a stronger argument for 4x12 contracts rather than 5x10, and we could get shot of my old enemy “The dreaded any five from seven” (see seperate thread)

You can hide ya cv from public view in the settings.Who said anything about submitted CVs being made public or not? It is the website that sends CVs to the agencies… I don’t think the General Public get to see anything they shouldn’t… It’s a need-to-know basis, and you’re invited to submit your CV in the FIRST place - because they say it will then be sent to “clients”… NOT “Agency Clients” but the agencies acting as clients to outfits like Jobisjob and Indeed…
They don’t send it to anyone you have not applied to . It’s an option to have it visible or not that I missed and have altered it to not visible. The amount that said they had seen my CV on indeed non had said that it had been sent my CV
