Following on from this thread, viewtopic.php?f=2&t=79757, when my oldest son passed his C+E I have had a call from my 20 year old son and he has within the last 30 minutes passed his C+E with 2 minors.

Three afternoons training, and the first one of them wasn’t even out on the road as the instructor said I know you can drive no problem so we’ll just concentrate on nailing the reverse and the coupling exercise. and a run round before his test so pretty good going. Same number of minors in this test as number 1 son but he has less minors than his older brother over all tests. It was the same examiner and he told my youngest he drove better than his brother so that will no doubt be brought up in the future. :smiley: :stuck_out_tongue: One, or possibly both, of the minors was for not reacting quickly enough to a change in speed limit from 40 to NSL when a single carriageway became a dual.

well done to both your boys chap and may i offer them both a well earned pot noodle each … :grimacing:

Congrats and all that and if you are a proud man then the beer is on you,I never listen to all that tight Jock stuff although some may believe it.

Youngest one doesn’t drink at all and oldest one only occasionally. :stuck_out_tongue: :stuck_out_tongue:
