Personally I don’t wish Orys all the luck in the world, he’s always slagging the firm off, without them (so far) being in a position to
answer or tell us what kind of employee they consider he was.
Its true, as buycrider rightly said, he shouldn’t come on here giving it large whilst the case is pending, and therefore I hope the
company and/or their solicitor comes to hear of it.
Could he get away with all this in Poland one asks?
Put up or shut up I say!

On the other will be either a Union Representative, or some other Non Employers -side person, there to provide balance from your point of view.
I think that you will find that this has recently been changed and there is now no requirement for an “independant” member of the panel.

Please note: That one. Because I really think they deserve that.
is this the same Mclellands that used to run out of Bradford a few years ago?

OK then Knowall (?) I am scottish living in Glasgow, I have worked for this outfit and been shafted, I never took it any further, I was just glad that my sentence was over. Do I have the right to criticise the company? After all, I am a native. Could I get away with it one asks? Orys, I wish you all the luck in the world my friend, I sincerely hope that you get every last penny you are owed!

Ha! Can I call you as my witness then?
I also worked for them and it was the worst 8 or 9 days of my working life.
They were murder, mobile phone was going constantly and the final straw was when 3 different people phoned me to find out when I would get to such and such and I was still in the yard getting loaded.
I must have got 20 calls a day starting 15 minutes after I left the yard so I told them to stick it and they said I wasn`t getting payed.
They ask you to sign a form at the interview saying you will give them notice if you chuck it in the first 3 months so it must happen a lot but the form is as much good as second hand bog roll as I got my money.
Its hard to explain the atmosphere in the place but I lasted a week more than I wanted as it was a terrible place to work.
They fought me the whole way and I recieved about four lawyers letters stating I was getting bugger all and then they denied even knowing me, thank god for tachos.
Hope you get a fortune Orys.

Alas, too much time has elapsed from my time there for me to be a credible witness, it remains but a stain on the bedsheet, (in other words orys, just a learning curve for me,) nobody will ever take the ■■■■ like that again… he says after 8 years of therapy
Hm.
No problem. I just print off posts of you two
By the way I have one thought and question to mr. Knowall, as I am now digging through my paperwork to sort it out for my meeting with lawyers:
So I am not allowed to tell you how it was to work for McLellan’s, as this is damaging their opinion, but they are allowed to tell my insurer that I was sacked due to negligence, thanks to what I had no chance to have my credit card payments paid by insurer (as it’s not working when I lost work due to my negligence)?
Where is justice in that? If they were such great and reputable company, what harm can do some polish chap moaning about them in some niche forum? But for me lying about why I was sacked has really big financial impact as I had no chcance for any work due to my injuries at this time and when every penny is of the gold weight, every financial relief has such great importance…
And for your question about Poland: In Poland I can write whatever I want. If someone feels offended, he can take me to the court, and court will decide if I was lying or not. If I was lying, I have to pay compensation and write my apologies in similar place (if that was internet forum, I have to write my apologies here, if I was a journalist and I was writing that in paper, I have to write it in the same place in the same paper, if the thing spreaded arround I might even be forced to buy a TV time to rich everyone who were reading my false accusation.
But if I was right, then the court find it and back me in that, so it’s much worse for the company, as in this case it won’t be only a internet forum, but also a news will report that case.
Therefore if I am right, I can write it, and no reasonable company will try to fight me, unless they are sure that they can prove in court that I was lying.
So I seen a lot during my work for McLellan’s and it could be a good book of it (and some of it it’s already in one place in internet, written in Polish). And I am not affraid of them, as everything I say is true.
EOT.
Good luck Ory, leave your camera at home do’nt go photograghing them having a ■■■■!
