I assume you meant south as the roadworks on the M1 south of J16 were removed a couple of months ago and in my experience there are a lot of numpties heading south from J19 who still think the roadworks are there til J16 despite the fact they end just a mile south of J19 with the odd overnight full closure from J19-16.
