Manchester Airport Private Prosecutions

really on a post with manchester airport in the flipping title you ask which story was that…

Now i realise that casting your mind back to the 23rd of july 2024 may be an issue however as you expect people to remember exactly what was said 2-3 years ago it shouldnt be an issue for you.

To refresh your memory three arab men caused issues at manchester airport on three separate occasions. When the police finally stepped in they fought with the police breaking one female officers nose and attempted to grab a pistol from another officer. Somebody videoed what was made to look like a police officer kicking one of the suspects leading to riots outside rochdale police station.

you were very vocal about this at the time defending them saying the police should be investigated

if you want a link…Men sought over Rochdale protest after Manchester Airport kick video - BBC News

and the relevent exert as you will try to gloss over it

Two days later, a protest was held outside Rochdale police station, which the force said at the time had “finished safely and without incident”.

However, detectives have now released images of five men they want to identify as they investigate an “outbreak of disorder” that night.

you have scored another own goal with your link though. a woman being arrested and sentenced to jail for pushing a bin at a police officer with in a week yet others that cause actual bodily harm get to walk around on bail for months

Oh dear Franglais feels the desperate need to be right again.
Quoting his official stats, bless him, with his thumbs in his lugs,.waving his fingers shouting…
‘‘Nah na na na nah’’

You are the gift that keeps on giving mate…seriously .:joy::joy:

Well here’s one back…
‘‘Trump won…nah na na na nah’’.

Jeezus H.

Yep and all done after the chief addressed the approriate ‘community’…and it’s ‘Elders’ appealing for calm
(Elders?..wtf is all that about exactly, are we back in the 12th century now or what?)
‘Assuring’ them because they were sh scared of a backlash.
So as usual a policy of appeasement to these people, only because the Airport security police were doing what they are paid to do.
The 'kin ‘Elders’ should have been thankful they did not have to collect 2 body bags from the airport.

They should have let them run amok and ‘fast tracked’ a couple of jail spaces for the ‘Far Left’.

well with a bit of luck some of trumps common sense will sort starmer although i fear not

Ironically any copper who isn’t totally onside with this regime needs to seriously think about continuing in the role let alone carrying a gun.

I gave up on these Communists going back to the Callaghan regime.Working class calling Winter of Discontent strikers militants.
Callaghan telling the anti EEC/EU Labour majority that being in is good for European Socialism.Etc etc etc.
Bearing in mind Starmer has no majority vote.
The majority voted Reform and Conservative.

Yes, Trump won.
By under 2% and much less of a vote margin than the last election.
So, it was a close election, and moat of the polls were accurate.

So “rioting and smashing up a police station” is really :

OK.

So since you ask the question, 13 arrested and 5 charged, a couple of months ago.

you cant have it both ways either the people in southport that were standing peacefully with a placard is peace full protest or rioting same rule for the rochdale protest /riot. Of course the difference is that southport was predominantly white people and rochdale was predominantly made up of “minority groups” Hence why or otherwise 2 class policing and rules.

just a hint here the goal your supposed to be shooting for is at the other end of the pitch

Have you been taking classes in logic from Professor Carryfast?

as you like stats so much …

for the stockport riots 1280 people arrested 796 charged. thats 62.19%
for the rochdale turn out only 38.46%

the goal is at the other end malcom

edit to add those stats were of 30/08/24

Strange init? Did the polls predict Trump would achieve ABSOLUTE control of government? Did the polls predict Trump would win All 7 swing states that were referred to as the battlegrounds? The overall vote was fairly close but the ultimate result and it’s consequences were NEVER predicted by mainstream polls.

Oh ! I thought we’d wrapped that one up…
but we all know how you have to have the last word…

Yep Trump won, and not by a large majority it seems.
Getting a strong sense of deja vu here.

You aint suited presumably, so maybe best start a Brexitesque 100+ page thread on it, telling the Yanks why they should not have voted for him, how big a mistake it was, and backed up by numerous stats and links to ‘prove’ your point.

The polls seem quite accurate.

The predictions made using those polls did not generally point to so many swing states going to Trump, true.

The last statement on this 2 weeks ago by GMP.

Something positive, or just a pacifying soundbite to play for time’?
I aint a legal expert by any stretch, but I would say the video evidence, of guys attacking Police who are armed to the teeth, with a risk of getting their guns snatched off them, and in an airport of all places, with the potential terrorsist connotations thereof,it should be an open and shut case.
They are lucky they were not killed in the Police’s line of duty.
Full marks to the coppers for sparing their miserable lives I say.

I sincerely hope the full force of the law is chucked at these dregs, if only to send a message of impartiality and a sign that these guys of a certain community will be treated like everyone else…
I personally aint too confident given recent ‘2 tier’ scenarios and events.

The latest on this situation…

‘‘They’’ are hoping this is all going to go away and be forgotten.
Don’t let that happen.

If these coppers are charged with misconduct…or whatever, and these violent maniacs get off, I sincerely hope there is a mass resignation of Police officers, especially the highly trained armed wing of the Police, and in the case of the guy in London who was chucked under the bus by not witholding his name, in favour of another ethnic criminal,.with the dire consequences fir him and his family after the event.

To me it looks like they get little backing or support for doing their specialised job.

5 months now…and counting.

Also got to say, nothing more said about the bloke from Edinburgh who was beheaded…
‘By a Bus’

This govt is rotten to the core.

Don’t that set alarm bells ringing
Who was right who was wrong, is that the reason.
The defence must have a good case otherwise why the delay

About time too in my opinion, it’s good that the police are not being charged

Charges authorised over Manchester Airport incident

20 December 2024|News, Charges authorised over Manchester Airport incident | The Crown Prosecution Service

Two men have been charged with offences after an incident at Manchester Airport on 23 July 2024.

The Crown Prosecution Service has today charged two men with assaults on police officers.

Mohammed Fahir Amaaz, 20, is charged with two offences of causing actual bodily harm, one charge of assaulting an emergency worker and one charge of common assault. Muhammed Amaad, 25, is charged with causing actual bodily harm.

No police officers will be charged.

The two defendants will appear at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 16 January 2025.

Frank Ferguson, Head of the CPS Special Crime and Counter Terrorism Division, said: “Following our review of an incident at Manchester Airport in July 2024, the Crown Prosecution Service has today issued charges against two individuals.

"This was a high-profile incident that attracted significant public interest and media coverage at the time, and we have worked closely from the outset with investigators from the Independent Office for Police Conduct and Greater Manchester Police.

“We have reviewed all the available evidence, including witness statements, video footage, expert reports and other material related to police use of force, to make an independent and objective assessment about whether it is appropriate to present charges for the court to consider.

"Based on a careful consideration of this evidence, we have concluded that two men should be charged with offences including assaults on police officers.

“We have concluded no charges should be brought against any officers. We examined potential offences of actual bodily harm, and common assault, and reviewed expert evidence in the form of an independent report from an expert in the use of police force, to inform this decision.

"We always ensure police training is also taken into account in the context of these decisions, and in this case the combination of evidence, and the expert opinion meant there was no realistic prospect of conviction.

“We acknowledge that in this case as in any other, the strength of feeling has been high. Our specially trained prosecutors are often at the forefront of dealing with high-profile cases subject to intense public and media scrutiny and will always make independent and objective decisions based on all available evidence.

“The Crown Prosecution Service reminds everyone that criminal proceedings are active and each of the defendants has the right to a fair trial.

“It is extremely important that there be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings."
