So you and everyone have sent it back without a stamp to “dodgy Dave”
Unfortunately all those unpaid fees for letters without a stamp will have to be paid for, and I’m guessing the bill will be footed by the tax payer

I didn’t ask for this junk mail, and as you will see in my first photograph, I have a sign on my front door which specifically states “no leaflets”.

Personally I’ve gone for the option of taking the issue up with our out campaign supporting Conservative MP.
On that note does the postage fee of letters addressed Freepost to Conservative Party Foundation get paid for by the taxpayer or Conservative Party Foundation ?.
I haven’t got one of those yet.
Harry Monk:
Returning these forms to “Dodgy Dave” is a grass-roots protest about the Government spending £9 million of taxpayer’s money to disseminate propaganda in favour of its own position at a time when we are being told that we have to further continue to endure “austerity” and that yet again, we can only afford to give our NHS workers a 1% pay rise this year.
I assume you were also complaining when the UK Government sent out these and several other propaganda leaflets in 2014? gov.uk/government/uploads/s … eaflet.PDF

I’d guess that we didn’t have anything to do with that campaign this side of the border unfortunately. In which case it was up to the Scottish Yes campaign to complain in that case not us.In which case assuming we were given a say that would leave the obvious inconsistency and contradiction in anyone supporting a pro UK anti EU stance just like that of the SNP’s pro EU anti UK stance. On that note I’d also guess that more people here would be bright enough to support Scottish Independence than naive Scots falling for the SNP being happy to swap rule from Westminster with rule from Brussels.

Unfortunately these types of mailshots fall outside the scope of junkmail. As they’re the remit of the Royal Mail, & they are paid to deliver these & other communications, however you can elect to opt out of these by contacting Royal Mail. However doing so also stops other stuff such as things from the council
Labour MP Dennis Skinner was thrown out of the House of Commons question time for calling the PM Dodgy Dave .

You don’t need a stamp when you send something to a Freepost address.
Theres a superb website called Waking Times for those of us seeking wider geopolitical answers as opposed to mainstream media baloney,a brilliant article this week zeroes in on the origins of Panamanian tax avoidances, written by a chap, prob ex C.I.A,who played a big role in usurping the Panama nation from Colombia by the formenting of ethnic tensions amongst rival clans [a tried and trusted formula of uncle sam] and thus enabling the jp morgan backed Panama Canal to be constructed allowing JD Rockefellers-Standard- oil to avoid US taxes by registering his tankers abroad.
quote-“Iwas sent to Panama in early 1970’s to convince it’s head of state,Omar Torrijas,to drop his insistence on turning over US canal ownership over to Panama and to soften his encouragement of nationalistic movements throughout Latin America.Although Torrijos would not yield on the canal issue he was willing to allow his country to be a tax haven for international corporations. In one meeting he told me”-" If your country is determined to exploit mine, the least i can do is help your corporations avoid paying taxes that support the C.I.A and Pentagon"
In1982 Torrijas died when his private plane crashed[another old favourite],since then one Panamanian administration after another has been an obedient puppet of US corporate interests and has continuously increased it’s activities as a tax haven for the super rich.
Strange how low an opinion our bullingdon overlords have of us by bringing over this W##k stain Obama.no doubt at the behest of his fortune 500 controllers,to thow “political stardust” on the issue of us wanting liberation from the dead hand of Brussels. No doubt the whole pantomimes already a done deal and he must play his cameo for the sake of appearances i imagine.

To be fair the US has some of the strictest taxation laws around especially regards the issue of ‘offshoring’ and the IRS has a reputation for having bigger teeth than even the FBI as Capone found out.
As for Obama Farage has played a blinder by putting the zb on the spot regards the issue of sovereignty. In that he knows that Obama is a committed Federalist for obvious reasons going back to 1861 and that Obama’s answer can only be that he regards the EU as the start of a USE and the UK as a state of a Federal Europe,in which sovereignty belongs to the Federation not the Nation state.
As opposed to a Europe made up of seperate Sovereign Nation States which would be the antithesis of Obama’s ideology in the form of a Confederate States of Europe and proof that the wrong side won the American civil war ‘if’ it was allowed to succeed.
IE from Obama’s point of view the stakes are far higher than just UK secession from the EU.In that if we leave France will probably go next which then raises the question of a Confederal v Federal Europe.Possibly followed by … Texas for one starting up the same argument all over again in America.
