Acorn:
Can’t see who’s tanker it was or has it been covered over?

Tank could belong to Niven. Subbie unit?

the nodding donkey:
BTW, is that a jacknived Malcolm’s in the background of the first photo?

could be in the process of being turned round and sent back to the last junction?

Yep, that is a Niven tanker. White SSC probably a subbie, as you say. Unless it’s a demonstrator…

On closer inspection it appears you are right about the Malcolm’s truck. The hamfisted attempt at bluring the picture threw me.

Certainly caused a fair bit of chaos today. 4 hours Bolton to Lytham lol. Still made it in time for the gigs
Hope the driver & passenger are OK.

In case you are tempted I wouldnt go on that duckmarine boat in Liverpool.I had tickets to go on it and it capsized in the water a few days later

Nice little afternoon.

I wonder if the driver will have a answer any questions from the boss about his female passenger

Obviously I don’t know who was in the seat, but heard she was the driver and he was chaperone for an inexperienced colleague.

Also looks like they were heading south, not north as reported. The photo I posted shows the truck did not cross the central reservation, but ended up facing north on the southbound carriageway

robroy:
Milk tanker on its side across both carriageways apparentlly, tailbacks on all surrounding roads also.
Milk and diesel all over the shop.

And guess who is [zb] sat in it …in his car. :open_mouth: :unamused:

Hope driver is ok anyhoo.

What a pity I was on leave and missed it all.
