Maybe it could pay to put a driver behind the wheel, but depends on the rates for the work. Just one other question, with a driver in that predicament, would DVLA also take away the right to drive a car.
It’s perfectly leagal to drive a car with one eye.
Employ a driver, then when he feels the pang, tag along as a drivers mate
Strangly enough i knew a couple o guys that only had one eye (each) Andy lost his in a farm accident ,jim when on National service .,Both o them had to pack in truck driving in the 90s when some rule changed.
I had traveled wi both these guys when i was young (60s) and they both were good drivers .
A young lad o worked wi before leaving the UK tried tae pass his LGV medical went ok till the sight test …new doctor never noticed johnboy had a glass eye until he covered up the good eye…
