I’ve heard it said that Truckers are more highly regarded by the female public (eg. heros of the road, more desirable than a tech nerd, etc) in the USA than in the UK.
As a female driver id agree but think im the minority lol. Definately something about a good looking bloke that can handle a 40ft truck lol. Personally i tend to steer away from the “pen pusher” and “tech nerds” not really my scene give me a trucker any day haha.

Nothing wrong with ^^^^this^^^^ , except, its where the average bloke goes wrong, blinded by the packaging whilst the contents may well be a poisoned chalice.

yeah OK nobody in their right mind wants to be with the incredible hulk, but for pete’s sake where are all these Adonis lorry drivers who think the loveliest looking women in the world will fall at their feet…they related to Queen Grimhilde from the Snow White book and use her mirror to tell them how handsome they are.

I’m not sure if the type of driver who’s not seen a female face (let alone a pretty one!) for many days is looking to be especially fussy when it comes to someone who from a distance only needs to be dressed right to catch attention.
I’ve seen some real nice looking lady drivers over the years who were right mingers from close up (poor hygiene) and others whom I first saw as a “receeding yellow bomber jacket” only to be a complete knock out when they turned around and smiled at me!

The nearest I can get to it is being attracted to girls with a real nice face who might have the body off crimewatch, rather than the traditional other way around BOBFOC… 
With no injustice intended, I might suggest the actress Annabelle Apsion as a possible exponent of this concept…
It would be most embarrasing if it turned out that I’ve actually been “corrupted by Europe” for all these years.

It all reminds me of the argument concerning who looks better one like Wendy Hurrel or Nicole Scherzinger. 
Winseer all you heard is true I’m fighting women off with a ■■■■■■ stick most nights in the usa, mind I’m a good looking bloke so this probably helps as does My grand northern accent & at 18 stone I’m half the size of most locals. Get yourself over young man thal be reet happy gerrin laid of an every evening by Daisy Duke lookalikes…

You’re a fine looking lady madam, unfortunately the same cant be said about me! 38 yrs old, 20 stone and 6ft 4, oh yes and bald too!!!
Maybe the ladies should start a thread about the standard of male truckers coz there seems a lot of horrendous looking smelly male drivers around!!

The penelope pitstop accent doesn’t ring my bell, but at least I can rotate a few different English accents to see which of mine rings hers!
