Wonder who drove this motor, used to hate them iso tanks, most of us used to fill them right up to stop the end flow.

Hazardous plates on so that’ll be whisky for export or brandy on import I expect. Not overweight if full.

Fruit juice concentrate would be well overweight I agree, but the one in the piccie was on haz plates so would not have been.
