blimyTony looks like my old buddy Ian ELKINS is trying to keep up with you on the fashion scene, havent seen him for several years now but still looks the same,be nice if he got in touch with me
looks like everyone was having a good time
Hi Bev, yes mate Ian doesn,t change much…there were quite a few there
you would still remember…It was a good turnout as usual and as you would
expect a few miles were done and lots of reminiscing…a good day out…
Take care Bev and speak soon mate…
How come the pics are all outside??
Wouldn’t they let you lot in?
Can’t say I blame them and Mappos been banned from more bars than Oliver Reed
Is that you holding up the shed Tone? Looking very suave. You remind me of Louis Walsh in some lights.
Here’s a thing…, I’m over in the old country soon and want to visit a pub in the New Forest…has to be child friendly as will have the 4 year old Grandson in tow., and do a decent draught like Speckled Hen etc!
All ideas appreciated. Cheers, Balders.
Hi Balders, the pub was getting a bit crowded inside so just spilled out to the garden…
Nothing to do with the fact that Tim the landlord was putting the burgers on the barbi.
I,ll have you know i,ve not been barred from any drinking establishments…ever.
May have been asked to leave on odd occassions but never barred…
Regarding a new forest pub Stu, i aint got a clue…i would think Buzzer could probably suggest one or
two places, he,s often out in that neck of the woods i believe…
When you come over mate, give me a bell and maybe meet up …
Ok mate…pm me yer numero…
Eddie Huntley…one of my many previous employers…good old boy…
Gazzer any news on Denny Belbin as I saw him stopped at an RTA at the junction of Windwistle Road on the A36, I hit the end of the traffic on the roundabout at Ower took 1/2 an hour to get past. Do you know if he was involved or what happened, Buzzer.
Hi JD… Any recommendations re pubs as per my previous question?
I lived in my van in and around the New Forest for 6 months in the mid 2000’s , never ventured into a pub in all that time though! Was my reclusive period…
Come to think of it , I’m still in it!! ( and still have the van )
In my Calor Gas days , I used to deliver bulk gas to chicken farms , pubs , and secluded cottages all over that way. A lovely part of the world and it must be brilliant to drive through there wiv yer 'Orses.
I’ll make enquiries John, he does have a “Man” on the job too so it might not be Denny involved.

Was not rubber necking but it was a Renault, Buzzer.
A french friend sent me these two pics…don’t think its a Southampton wagon, but with its TIR and GB plates, it may well have passed through the docks, anyone recognize the old girl…
Yes Fergie, I’ll just bump up the thread called: LHD Krupp-cabbed Atkinson CLT. Robert

Buzzer.i spoke with Denny today at Westbury and i asked him about the RTA and he was not involved as he had broken down with a hose blown and the other incident occurred after his problem. Regards. Todd
