Harry, i went limited last year, the TC wouldnt grant me a licence unless i resigned as a director, as im the cpc holder as well. He said that i coudnt forfil all the commitments with in the 48 hour average week, they seem to be clamping down on any potential flaunting of hours!!

I anticipated this problem when I applied for the O licence as this has cropped up before, and I had planned to forestall it by making my girlfriend an employee, but as it happened my licence application went straight through.
