It does, tastes like dog pooh, I picked up one as road kill once, still warm, so I hung it in the shed for a couple of days & made a casserole- Bloody Horrible [emoji37]

Pheasant if lovely good quality game meat :grimacing: , & very healthy for you, if your not used to eating it then don’t hang it for a few days as the taste gets stronger , & it taste a lot better roasted :smiley: :smiley:
pigeon is great too, but you wouldn’t want to eat more than one a week as the iron content is high in these birds :smiley:
