it used to be the case that if you had to go over the kerb and couldn’t avoid it, if you asked the examiner or he told you to, you would not be marked against. it may have changed, be worth asking your instructor.

So the bad news is…I’ve got to do it all again…to get CE!
Passed with 3 minors, pleased with that! 
I just barely clipped a kerb on an awkward corner, but it was so slight.
I blocked a side road for just a moment but didn’t affect anyone and the queue moved away.
And rolled back a touch on one of the pull aways because I hadn’t engaged the gear properly.
Oh and it was snowing!
