sounds like a nasty injury he suffered then 
Its an easy trick to do, you just pull your collar and shirt up to the top of your head, decorate a ball with hair (or not in my case) and draw a face on it. Voila, head in hands!
One of our lads passed it when it had happened, I wondered if he’d been sabotaged as in ‘do you check your pin’
he was probably thinking of the children. that trailer could of slid onto the carriageway and into a bus full of children!
Poor sod.
