Your driving might be a bit iffy if you’ve not driven artics for 15 years. :astonished:

I still keep my hand in and have drived artics for at least once a week every year

Only you can make the decision.

Wages are ■■■■■ in the industry at the moment, but I assume you know what the job will be paying.

Also, look out your window today, there’s snow (well in most places), you’d still be expected to get to your destination in the same time, with no accidents / incidents, open your curtains etc

In the office, once you’re there, that’s it.

Now, don’t get me wrong, not sure I could work in an office again, although I am currently applying for varying types of work instead of just HGV driving work, but the grass isn’t always greener.

Oh no it hasnt neither have the attitudes :smiley: I was away 20yrs till last april never been near a wagon , nowts changed just the jobs got easier and the mony is a lot better.

Oh no it hasnt neither have the attitudes :smiley: I was away 20yrs till last april never been near a wagon , nowts changed just the jobs got easier and the mony is a lot better.

Not so sure about money being better but you should think yourself lucky getting a job tramping when you haven’t driven properly in 15 years.
