Being payed an incentive bonus or % of lorry earnings is 100% legal !
I rember years ago there was a lot of talk about it as it was compromising road safety, being that the nature of the scheme prompted drivers to break speed limits, take risks etc.
Anyway Orangeboy I’ll take your word for it and not argue,… as you tipper guys scare me.

Its what one of their drivers told me when over nighting outside Sims Metal in Notts. I parked in front of him on some double yellows and he was not happy untill i told him in the morning he could drive in front of me.
I quite believe it, they don’t like being held up for 5 minutes
