Drive carefully out there, folks … I’ve just got back with a fully freighted decker, probably about 40 tonnes all in, and I thought I was going over once or twice tonight. In fifteen years driving trucks I’ve never known anything like it. It’s actually blown some of the traffic lights in Gloucester around on their poles so they’re pointing the wrong way! I had some really scary moments on the A14 and the M5, even with a load on.
